MVP (also known as MVP Staffing) is a privately owned company, headquartered in Illinois, with clients in the temporary staffing, professional placement, and managed services industries. We have branches located throughout the Eastern U.S and currently service clients in 8 states.
2. How do I apply for an internal corporate position at MVP?
When there is an internal corporate position available, it will be posted on our website by clicking on Find a Job.
3. How do I apply for a temp position with MVP? What is needed to apply?
Candidates can apply on our website by clicking HERE. One may also apply in person at one of our branches. To get the address of a branch closest to you, please call our main office number 833-208-2600. You will be required to provide proof of eligibility for employment in the United States on your first day of employment, in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (Form I-9).

5. What is the pay rate?
The pay rate varies depending on the client we are serving and the type of work offered. Most places offer opportunities to earn more as you continue with the company. Many companies have multiple positions including Janitorial, Welding, Forklift driving, Line Leads, Quality Assurance, and more.
6. When do I get paid?
MVP processes payroll weekly unless otherwise stated.

9. What kind of work will I be doing?
The work varies from location to location, but most of it is light industrial work. There is lifting (up to 50 lbs in some case), bending, moving. Specific details will be provided to you prior to your assignment.
10. What if I do not have transportation?
In certain locations MVP will provide transportation from the local branch or designated pickup spot.
11. Where will I be working?

12. Do I get a break during my shift?
Break times vary by location and client. All locations follow governing state and local laws.
13. What time do I go to work?
Shift times vary from company to company. We do not let associates work back-to-back shifts. In some cases you will have the choice of shift.
14. What can I wear?
MVP Staffing has very firm guidelines on attire that differ based on the type of job. We do this for safety reasons. Please check with your direct supervisor prior to starting the job on what you should wear.
